RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The Tooth Fairy Melb does not accept any returns or offer refunds on any products. All orders are final once payment is made. This includes tooth gem & tooth charm products, teeth whitening products & online training courses. 

The customer is responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct upon checkout.

The Tooth Fairy Melb takes no responsibility for any parcels that do not get delivered and are returned to the sender if the shipping address isn't valid if the customer doesn't pick up their item or is non-contactable to the courier companies. No refunds are given under these circumstances. Upon the arrival of returned to-sender parcels, The Tooth Fairy Melb will issue you with a store credit only. 

Upon purchasing all customers accept these terms and conditions. No refunds are given to any customers for change of mind. 

The Tooth Fairy Melb will not accept any orders that get flagged as fraudulent. Your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately. 

We have a 7-day return policy if the product is faulty. Which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned (Swarovski crystals, opal gems, 18K gold gems), custom products (online courses), and gem adhesives. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only exchange items which are damaged and defective. Once received, an investigation of the defective product will be conducted and you will be notified of the outcome. STRICTLY NO exchanges for change of mind. 


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of a store credit which will be credited within 10 business days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
