Shipping policy

Please ensure that you have correctly entered your shipping information. The Tooth Fairy Melb takes no responsibility for parcels that don't get delivered due to incorrect shipping information. 

Order Fulfilment 
Processing and fulfilment of your order is 1-7 (14-21 days for Tooth Gem Training Kits and Bulk Crystal Sets) business days depending on your order. If you believe that there is an issue with your order we will do what we can to help resolve the matter. You are required to contact us within 5 days of the parcel being delivered. Mouth House takes photos of all orders upon packing as proof of products.


Shipping Times
Shipping time frames are estimates only. Once your order is received by the shipping company, The Tooth Fairy Melb has no control and takes no responsibility for the delivery of your order. Shipping estimates DO NOT include order fulfilment times. 

Custom Duties and Taxes
The Tooth Fairy Melb is only responsible for shipping the product to the customer. The customer is responsible for paying any import fees, duties, import costs etc to the courier/shipping company if required.

Each country has their own rules and regulations. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees upon delivery. If the customer denies or refuses to pay the fees on delivery your order will be abandoned. The Tooth Fairy Melb takes no responsibility for paying duties/taxes/fees and will not take responsibility for any abandoned orders.

If your order gets returned to the sender due to your parcel not being picked up or duties paid it can take up to 3 months for the parcel to arrive back to us. No refunds or extra shipments will be made. 

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. 

We offer:

  • Free STANDARD Shipping in Australia with orders over $250 AUD
  • Free STANDARD Shipping Worldwide with orders over $350 AUD


Domestic Australian Orders

  • Standard Shipping within Australia is $20 AUD.
    • Orders over $200 AUD are eligible for free standard shipping.
    • Standard Delivery Time is 2-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping within Australia is $25 AUD.
    • Express Delivery Time is 1-3 business days.

International Orders:

  • Standard Shipping is: $45 AUD for orders under $300 AUD. 10-30 Business days depending on location
  • Express Shipping is: $55 AUD 7-14 Days

These delivery times are only estimates. We are not responsible for custom delays or parcels being stuck in customs.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-7 business days for handling.

Purchases made during the weekend or on a public holiday will be prepared within the next 1-3 business days following that weekend or public holiday.

For international customers, please be mindful of your countries duties & custom taxes that may apply once your order has landed into your country.

The Tooth Fairy is not liable nor are we held accountable for any extra fees or charges that your country may charge you once entered into your country.


We aim to meet mentioned time frames for dispatch and shipment, however many factors can affect these time frames & we cannot guarantee that they will always be met but we’ll try our best to fulfill orders in a reliable and efficient manner.
